A legacy is simply a bequest of money or property that is left to a person or cause in your will – and at any point in your life, you can create a legacy gift for Foodbank NSW & ACT. Remembering us in your Will reflects your care for those underprivileged Australians who we support. Your legacy gift will be a powerful and meaningful way to provide us with future support and strengthen our long-term vision of an Australia without hunger. It also acts as a beacon to others encouraging them to do likewise.
TRIBUTE GIVING
You may wish to pay tribute to someone special, like a relative or friend – and wish to commemorate them in a way that reflects that connection. One way of doing this is to request that a donation be made to the cause of their choice in place of flowers at a funeral. Most Funeral Directors will organise this as part of their service, but you can also donate directly to Foodbank NSW & ACT.
Perhaps you would like to mark an occasion as a lasting tribute to someone you wish to remember – for example by making a donation on their birthday every year.
